We set up your Amazon FBA business from start to finish
Product research, supplier sourcing, inspection, freight, listing and launch advertising — handled by our team, inside your accounts, in your name. You fund the inventory and approve the calls that matter.
What a done-for-you FBA launch includes
Seven stages, in the order a launch happens. Each one is a place where first-time sellers lose money or months — and each one is ours to run.
-
Seller Central and entity setup
Your account, LLC, brand registry, GTIN and UPC codes, started early so the approval lead times never hold the launch up.
-
Product research and validation
Candidates graded on demand, competition depth, review velocity, margin floor, differentiation, seasonality and gating risk before a dollar moves.
-
Sourcing and negotiation
Supplier vetting, sample rounds, minimum order quantities and payment terms negotiated by our team, not by you at midnight on Alibaba.
-
Pre-shipment inspection
An independent quality inspection booked and reviewed at the factory, before your goods are paid for in full and shipped.
-
Freight, customs and FBA shipment
Forwarder booked, duty and customs handled, and the shipment created so Amazon receives and checks in your stock.
-
Listing, photography and A+ content
Keyword research, title, bullets and backend terms, a photography brief your photographer can shoot from, and brand content.
-
Launch and the first 30 days of ads
Campaign structure, opening bids and a bid-adjustment schedule through the window where a launch is won or lost.
Who this is for, and who it is not
This is for people who want an Amazon business and would rather fund a launch than run one: professionals with capital and no spare evenings, existing business owners adding a channel, and investors who want the asset without the learning curve.
It is not for anyone hoping to start with a few hundred dollars. A launch needs inventory capital on top of the service fee — typically $15,000 to $25,000 for a first product run, freight and an opening ad budget. We ask about available capital on the application so neither of us spends time on a call that cannot go anywhere.
We do not publish a fixed price, because every launch is scoped to the product and category. You get a written proposal after the call, and you are under no obligation to accept it. We do not promise sales, income or profit: launching on Amazon carries real risk, including when a team runs it for you.
How it works
- ApplyFour questions about your capital, timeline, experience and category. About three minutes.
- Talk it throughIf it looks like a fit, a launch specialist walks through your numbers, your category and what the first ninety days would look like.
- Get a written proposalScope, timeline and price for your launch. Decide in your own time.
- We build itSeven stages, run by our team in your accounts, with your approval at each decision point.

Done-for-you questions
Cost, capital, timing, ownership and risk — answered before you apply.
Start your applicationWhat does "done for you" actually mean?
It means our team does the work of setting up your Amazon FBA business from start to finish, inside your own accounts. We run product research, supplier sourcing and negotiation, inspection, freight, your listing and the launch advertising. You fund the inventory, approve the product and the supplier, and own everything that gets built.
How much does the done-for-you service cost?
Each launch is scoped and quoted individually, because categories differ enormously in work and risk. You receive a written proposal with scope, timeline and price after the call, and you are under no obligation to accept it.
How much inventory capital do I need on top?
Plan for $15,000 to $25,000 for a first product run, freight and an opening advertising budget, separate from the service fee. That money buys your stock, so it stays inside your business rather than being spent on services.
How long does a launch take?
Roughly ninety days from kick-off to first sale when each stage starts on time. Supplier lead times, sample rounds and ocean freight are the parts most likely to move that date, so those are booked first.
Who owns the Amazon account, the brand and the supplier relationship?
You do, all three. Everything is set up in your name and we work inside your accounts. At the end of the launch you get the supplier contacts, the inspection reports, the keyword research and the campaign structure in full.
What do you need from me during the launch?
Funding for inventory and ads, decisions at four or five approval points, and a photographer or a budget for product photography. Most clients spend a couple of hours a week on it.
Do you guarantee sales, revenue or profit?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Amazon launches carry real financial risk. What we control is that each stage is done properly and in the right order, with the expensive mistakes checked for before they cost you money.
